What does a NARI Certification mean to you?
Deciding to remodel a home is a big decision. Outside of buying a home, it may be the single biggest investment a homeowner makes. One needs to know that the remodeling contractor chosen is a fulltime, dedicated remodeling professional. NARI’s certification programs offer this assurance through an extensive screening and resting process.
Only full-time professional remodeling professionals are eligible for NARI Certification. Homeowners can be assured that anytime one hires a NARI certified pro that the individual has made a strong commitment to his or her business. Because remodeling pros are not eligible for certification until they have been actively involved in the remodeling industry for at least 5 years, you know the a NARI certified pro has had a number of years to develop the experience and skills that can only be gained through extensive hands-on practice.
Once awarded their certification, NARI Certified Pros must meet annual recertification requirements, involving continuing education credits and participation in industry-related programs.
